04.02.2007 - Impending Waste of Time

Happy April everyone. Hope it finds you well. Im back to work for three days then a long weekend which after a while of net surfing seems like its going to be completely wasted. Seems everyone is off to Tokyo and Okinawa since I cant get a seat on any of the flight times I wanted. Another option would be to head back down to kenting for the big music festival they have got going on, but from what I have heard, its always rubbish. The thing is, time off is such a rarity that It would be a crime to stay home.

I could get the high speed train up to Taipei and stay up there for a few days but I dont really know the area well enough to move about on a tight schedule. I guess Im just feeling that any of this would constitute way too much effort when all I want to do is relax. Ive saved more than half of my wage this month so I could just keep the money. If I had planned ahead I could have been back in Tokyo, at least I know my way around and could maximise the time spent. Im forever putting things off, I hate that.

Well, It could be an ideal opportunity to remedy that situation: clean up my apartment, do my washing, do a real shop, get my hair cut, go to the dentist etc etc etc. But then it wouldnt be a holiday would it? Well if I intercut the activites with arcade visits, cinema trips, good food and such, I might be able to make it happen. Well, I have two more days of work to mull it over anyway, ill let you know what happens.

Till next time,
This has been MMI
