Wednesday

Woke around 12:30, spent all night watching new simpsons (not funny) family guy (more funny than the poltergeist episode) and of course school rumble. Episode 2x02 had the kids fighting it out in a BB gun/battle royale type shootout to decide the choice for the cultural festival. Awesome. Realised that Keroro Gunsou has been subbed up to around Episode 19 so I have some catching up to do. Downloaded the last three My Name is Earl so im watching that and 9,10 and 11 of Season 6 Sopranos tonight. Feels nice to have an orgainsed entertainment schedule at last, university and real life tends such hinder such things.

Speaking of real life, posted off my return evelope for my visa today. We dont have a post office near our house so I had to travel into the town just to send this off. But, Its done now so no harm done. Set up my ebay account again and I plan to sell loads of stuff that I pick up from my Uni house at the weekend. I'll try my damndest to fit in a drink or two with my friends in Sheffield even though times are hard.

Man Machine What?

Yes, It sounds a little pretentious but I couldnt think of anything entirely appropriate so we're stuck with it now. Welcome, this is my new blog, the third in existance as I have moved around alot over the past three years. I have persisted in the pastime of blogging for many reasons, firstly, I think it's good to put your thoughts somewhere, whether or not they are read by anyone or not. The truth is, you could never spout the nonscensical babble which one does on a blog, directly to someone's face. I think it helps me to maintain a sense of routine and document things which I think my future self will look back upon and either laugh at or vehemently denie, either way, it makes for a mildly entertaining hobby.

So, enough with introductions. Today I wanted to go to the post office to re send the return envelope to the Taiwanese embassy which I forgot to put in my Visa application but my little brother was sick so we stayed home. We watched some Bleach, he is catching up and I finished off School Rumble. My phone has died, although I havent done much about that yet. I did however cook up a mean stew, something which is very comforting. I spent a while getting the train times for Narita airport into Tokyo centre. Its a long way, but I managed to find the quickest route using the JR-East Narita Express train heading to Tokyo Station. From there its the Northbound Kehin Tohoku Line to Higashi Juju where we can finally collapse after what will be an incredibly long flight. Luckily Im heading out with guys who are ready for a challenge! That'll all be kicking off in ooh 22 days from now. I keep thinking that the amount of anime i'm watching somehow substitues for actual study, truth is, if I dont want to come across as a delinquant Im gonna have to hit the books again soon. I had the wierdest idea about creating a manga today, I guess its all the free time talking.
